I am with a group from the Windham NH Fire Department will be climbing Jefferson. We are looking for the contact person for that peak. We need to know what you need as far as flags or poles go. Reply to this if you see it or send me an e-mail JLMoltenbrey@gmail.com
:flag:Hello, Good to hear from you. Sorry if I was hard to get in touch with. I didn’t not find this section of the discussion board until now.
I was planning on meeting at Caps Ridge trailhead at 8 am to be on the trail by 8:30. Hopefully on the summit for 11-11:30.
I bought a 10 foot PVC pipe. Was planning on cutting it into 2 1/2 ft. sections with 3 connectors duct taped to hold it. Have 250 ft. of thread for support wires. I was thinking about a 5X7 flag for the rig but have not got it yet.
Hi and thanks for the response. We may head up a little earlier but no definite plans yet. We can bring the Flag if you want us to. Even if you don’t, we will be bringing one up. We are starting a tradition to have a flag displayed at our station that will be brought up each year to a different peak. So even if we spit the time we fly our flags that will be great. If you think you need a hand carrieing up the pole supplies we can make sure to meet you to lighten the load. Post hear if anything else comes up or e-mail me

Jay at Windham Firewe can use your flag. that’s perfectly fine with me, saves me having to buy one until next year. any idea the size of the flag? just want to make sure the pole is big enough. looking forward to it, should be a good time.
Hey sorry about the delay, We should have a 5X7 flag. There are at least 6 of us maybe a couple more late additions we plan to be at the trailhead @0800.Let us know if you need anything else. My cell is 603-234-4391 if you need anything last minute.
We will see you there,
