It’s very important for Peak Coordinators to post their intended route for the event. Every year we get dozens of emails from people who don’t know who their coordinator is or where they are going, so if you are a Peak Coordinator, please do the following;
1. Please post your intended route no later than September 9th
2. Please use the name of your peak as the subject of your post (e.g. “Monroe”)
3. Make sure to include a meeting time, meeting place and any other pertinent details about your intended trip
4. It’s probably a good idea to post who is bringing what ahead of time as well
