For this hike we will take the Starr King Trail to the summit. It’s a 3.6mi hike up.
We will meet at the Mt Starr King trailhead. 8:45am to start hiking at 9:00am. I did a recon mission a few weeks ago. The trail parking was closed but there is parking at a liitle park on RTE 2 next to the Irving station. Great place for last bio and to get any water and snacks needed. It is about a 2hr drive from Manchester, NH

I have the fiberglass pole which can reach up to 28ft. A 4×6 American Flag and will also have a 3×5 Rebuilding Warrior Flag. I have 500 ft of paracord. Estimate we will reach the summit by 11:15am We will raise the Flags for Noon to 2pm.
Other thing to consider is lunch. Should we plan for a group lunch while we are up there?
