The date has ben set for the 2007 Planning Meeting. We will gather at the Broken Branch Campground on June 2 at 7:00 PM to discuss the logistics and details around the 2007 Flags on the 48 event. Please bring your ideas and thoughts about what has been done well in the past, what can be improved (with ideas on how to improve, just mentioning that something doesn’t work well is not productive), and any new ideas you may have. We’re always looking to be more effecient!

Please feel free to arrive early, stay late, go hiking, etc. Many people arrive on Friday night, hike Saturday, attend the meeting Sat night then hike more on Sunday before heading home!
