Departure Lincoln woods trailhead NLT 7:30AM for the 8.5mile trek. If you think you it may take you longer 4.5 hours you may want to take off a bit earlier. We like to get up there around 11-11:30 to give us ample time to get the flag pole set up. We usually wrap up right around 2pm to start the long hike back out. Look for the guys wearing the veterans of the 48 shirts at the trailhead. You can’t miss us and I will have my 2 year old in the carrier pack.
