A great hike with a cold and hurricane-like finish!
Most participants hiking [attachment=0:3uub9ry0]Flag Flying.jpg[/attachment:3uub9ry0]between 8:00-8:15. All parties were hiking by 9:00.
Thank you to Scout Troop 131 from Wrentham, MA and Troop 44 from Walpole, NH for joining us on this day.
We were able (thank you to our crew members who endured the cold and pain to accomplish this feat) to hoist our flag for an abbreviated session at the summit.
Estimates of 50 mph sustained wind with gusts approaching 70 mph. Very bitter Flags day.
