      Flags on the 48 2013 will be on Saturday September 14th 2013. :flag:

      When the 11th falls on a Monday or Tuesday, Flags is on the Saturday BEFORE the 11th.
      When the 11th falls on a Wednesday, Thursday or Friday, Flags is on the Saturday AFTER the 11th.
      When the 11th is on a Saturday or Sunday, Flags is on those days.
