Hey Garfield Hikers,
I’m glad you have planned to join us for this 9-11 memorial hike. I will be there with my flag, pole, several of my kids, and a few friends. My current hike plan is to meet, with whoever would like to camp, at the Garfield Trailhead on Saturday evening. I will update with you a time as the date as the date gets closer. Less than two weeks to go!! If you don’t plan to camp, look for us as you head up the trail. I’d love to hear from those of you that signed up to join us and why you signed up. I am passionate about the Whites and love to spend any free time I can up there. I have been hiking there since 2013 and currently have 26 of the 48 done. I’m praying for sunny weather on the 10/11th because I am not available for the rain date on the 17th. If someone wants to be my backup, please let me know. Hoping to tag Galehead while we are up there.
