I am very curious to know how far people will be traveling to hike this event.
You can post the miles you’re gonna travel as well, pehaps you’ll be the one who travels the greatest distance and then read about it in the newsletter.
:flag:
I think I traveling about 160 miles.
But need to have some one check my math… 😮
I post the correct mileage soon. 😉dirt_girl
Hmmm, darn, for some reason where I live escapes me right now….if I could only figure it out…..where the heck am I :dontknow:  😛
Brian
How did MA get relegated to “Other” ??? 🙄
I used my powers of moderation for good, not evil, and added MA to the poll!
It’s around 120 miles for me.
How far to where? The KOA? The mountain I’m hiking? Either way, I don’t think I’m going to win the prize at around 85 miles…
I might win. :flag:
I live in RI now {sigh}.
Peace.
Thanks for using your super powers MichaelJ. I’ll bet you have a cape in your closet!
I can’t believe I completely spaced the fact that MA is part of NE?!!?? My bad, sorry. 😳
Poughkeepsie, NY to Crawford Notch is listed as 331 miles on Mapquest. Laurie is coming from 320. Beat us if you can! 😀

Sorry Jay, Tom Rankin kicks your a$$! 🙂
Damn!
maybe I’ll do some laps between the Woodstock Inn and KOA.
Peace.
About 200 miles or so. 3 1/2 hour drive to Lincoln where I will be staying.
100 Miles for me… but I have owls head.. that should count as extra travel. :flag:
Yes, Owl’s Head (Thanks SJ!) and the 3 Bonds (Thanks to Pepsi, West Bond for Brian and MITOCmike for Bondcliff!) should most definitely count for extra travel since it is!
😀Stop by the KOA campground for a beer!

There could be several correct answers!
😛 😉 😀btw:I grew up and enjoyed my youth in Boston. Loved it then, love living and hiking The Whites now.
Good thing MA. was added to the list! 💡
Besides the fact that it is part of New England… 🙄
…it seems to be the starting point for many of the FOT48 hikers. :flag:Tom and Laurie… hats off to you, I think you may be the ones with the longest trip… so far. 😉
I think MA was excluded because we ALL know its MELTS into New Hampshire on the weekends. 😉
