Hey gang, post some helpful comments to assist the non-hiker crowd with participating in this years event.
We have three summits available for those who do not wish to hike.
Cannon Mountain is accessible via the Cannon Tram at the ski area. A short walk brings you to the summit tower overlooking the Franconia Range to the east.
Mt. Washington is accessible via the Auto Road and the Cog Railway. From the summit area you can perhaps (if the weather is on your side) see flags throughout the Presidental Range.
Wildcat D is accessible via the Wildcat Gondola. From the top of the ski area, it is a short walk to the tower with impressive views of the Northern Presidentals and the Carter Range.
