Flags need to be up for 12:00 noon. We’ll meet at 9:15 and hit the trail by 9:30-9:45.
We will start at the Highland Center and take the Avalon Trail to get some great views from Mt. Avalon (not a 4k) and then continue to Mount Field. From there we will set up the flag on Field, have lunch, and then can either hike to Willey or Tom, depending on what the group members need for their list or want. Both peaks are just about the same distance away.
The flag will be flown between 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm before it must be taken down. We will bring our flag back down via the Avalon Trail back to the Highland Center.
