Trail: Caps Ridge, out and back

We should plan to meet at the caps ridge trailhead by 8am to divide up everything that needs to be carried!
This is a technically difficult and strenuous trail so I want to make sure that we have plenty of time to go at a pace that is sustainable for everyone and get to the summit in time to raise our flag by 12pm!
We will be at the summit from 12pm-2pm and it is very exposed so I just want to remind everyone to pack food, plenty of water, extra warm layers, sunscreen, hats, etc.!
