      We will be parking and departing from the Willey House Station site off Rt. 302 in Crawford Notch at 8:00am. Using Ethan Pond and Willey Range Trails. We will have flag and poles.

        We may switch to the Kedron Flume Trail from Willey House Site with a 7:00 AM departure. Unfortunately, looks like we won’t have final route until Saturday morning due to the dynamics of getting a Scout troop moving as a cohesive unit at the crack of dawn.
