I was just wondering if anyone has had the time to shoot a thank you e-mail or a snail mail to the campground that hosted groups of FOT48 hikers? Or Mooseland???
Several thank you are warranted and would help to foster a good relationship with thoes campgrounds/eateries for the future.

I can see where the KOA would deserve one. I think they really treated our group well. I can’t see a valid reason why we should go anywhere else. A thank you would help them remember us for next year.

Thank You hikers for making this memorial such a delightful success! How rewarding!! We get to do it again and have more planning weekends, it just doesn’t get much better than this.

Well… I wasn’t at Broken Branch Saturday before the hike.

I think all the people that were there Saturday
night should each write a brief thank you e-mail.

I am working on one to go to the
AMC with regards to Cody and how
well he took care of the camp and all
the hikers.
😀 😀
It would be in our best interest to develop good
relationships with the places we will
be desending on in great numbers each year…
that way they will look forward to seeing us and playing a
vital role in the FOT48 event.

Mooseland needs many huge thank you’s as well.

I am most certain all of the FOT48 people were extremely patient and well mannered while hanging out at Mooseland. 😀
But as far as I know the FOT48 groups have converged on Mooseland two years in a row,
without much warning, with out a thank you, after the fact, for putting up with everyone??? 😮

Actually, I thought the Mooseland was warned every year and yet still acted completely unprepared for everyone to get there?

Perhaps some one at Mooseland was warned of the FOT48 tribal arrival but some how forgot about it and/or maybe neglected to inform any one else. :joker:

Regardless, a thank you would smooth things over for next year. And if the resturant chooses to display (free PR) a well written thank you letter, with the logo letterhead, for all the employees and public to see, they may be better prepared next year. :idea1: 😉

Positive reward… throw the :grommit: a bone!
