A large group plans on hiking up Ammonoosuc meeting at 7:30 and returning via the Jewell trail. If you plan on coming please let me know so I can notify you of any changes in our plans. Hikers are welcome to join us or meet us at the top.

I am also organizing some burn survivors to attend – there is a special link between burn survivors and fire fighters, as well as with the victims of 9/11 both living and dead. Some who are unable to hike will meet at the top using the auto road. Of course anyone who wants to join us is welcome to use the whatever transport they wish. I am trying to arrange some car sharing for people to reduce the cost of the auto road for those who choose it.
