We had a great time on Wildcat D. Negative weather forecasts led to serious attrition but 6 of us (and two dogs) participated. We displayed a 4’X6′ flag and a poster with portraits of the 343 fallen fire fighters. Many who came by found this meaningful, posing for pictures by the flag, asking questions, taking photos of the poster, and offering their memories.
What looked to be a National Guard medic copter flew by for a view, they looked to be making the rounds of the summits. No sign of the boyscout troop that was also signed up.
