        Sorry everyone…lots of stuff going on in my world this summer.

        KOA Broken Branch does indeed know “we” are coming and will have the same discount as in years past.

        It is a great place to unwind and socialize after the event.

        Simply tell them in the office you are with the flags group and they will take care of you.

        Again, sorry so late in the response…not like me.

          The grills will more than likely be availble. I will confirm on Friday when I get there.

          If not I will bring my small bar-b-que.

          I’m sure there will be a fire…I will also bring some wood.

          I’m also bringing my laptop…they have pretty good wireless and can check this site for any last minute changes. Also..baseball scores. 😉

            I think it is great whatever path you choose to particpate in this event.

            The core of FOT48 is to remember that tragic day and all the victims, families and how we as a community (hiking)may, in our own way, take time out of our lives to remember that horrific day.

            For me it is about that day.

                              I have been in contact with KOA over the last couple of months. They really, really are a great bunch of folks.

                              One concern may be parking—(just visiting folks), but I am sure we will figure something out…they have a huge field and all.
