in reply to: Showers in the Twin Mountain area #50232
a) I don’t know any
2) I’m on Garfield and I’m staying in Lincoln, so I’m not showering between the hike and the Mooseland. There will be such a group stench that nobody will notice. 😀in reply to: Summit Signs #49740Greg – can you drop me the graphic file of just the logo itself? I’m going to get name tags for at the Mooseland, and if I can get the kind that I can print on, will “watermark” the logo onto them.
in reply to: Signup Confirmation? #50049I think absolutely everyone signed up should get a 1-line reminder plus directions to the Mooseland.
in reply to: Owlshead taken, Galehead open #50064I have someone who wants it (Muccyboots) – hold everything and I’ll email them!!!
in reply to: Solo Hikers on the Bonds #50051A great idea, Puck, since your route out takes you over the other 2 Bonds, though I could imagine the person on Bondcliff not wanting to wait the extra hour or so for you to get there.
From Garfield I’ll just be headed straight down.
in reply to: Owl’s Head #50028Izzat it? Full coverage? Do I see 48 names on that list?
Woo-hoo!!!
in reply to: Signups for 2005 #49993Good point – we never did have the peak coordinators, which we’d discussed last year to do this year. People who’d coordinate geographical sets of peaks.
in reply to: Time to renew domain name #50008What would it cost us to do a 5 or 10 year renewal?
in reply to: Cairn on West Bond #50005Indian Orchard? Another WMass’er … cool!
(Ludlow High class of ’87)
in reply to: Cairn on West Bond #50003Huge cairn. Enormous cairn. However, you don’t really need it. There are plenty of large, heavy, loose rocks up on the summit to anchor the pole and wrap guy lines around or under.
Take a look here at how I did it. It’s a long summit to get to, but a very easy one to utilize for a flag.
And thanks for taking this summit!!! :flag:
in reply to: How long do your pictures take…. #49949Monday morning because Sunday I will be driving home in the morning and out at a friend’s bbq in the afternoon…
