I hear you. It will always be known as the ‘silent majority’. There is still 3 weeks left for the folks to cast their choice in the poll! Maybe we were just a bit too early?!
Very much looking forward to the event and meeting all of you over the weekend. We’ll make new friends and meet old ones.
Cheers to all!

I haven’t forgoten yet and am looking forward to the treat!
Breakfast is important. Testing a batch of beer, is way more important. I’m sure you’ll find it most tasty. Need another tester?!
🙂in reply to: Any exposure is good exposure #52208There are FOT48 flyers from Lincoln to Gorham and by permission now in Pinkham Notch!
in reply to: Mt. Whiteface #52841I’ve given up Mt Cabot to the Boy Scouts et al and am hiking up Mt Liberty. See you at the KOA in Woodstock after this event. Will be there for the entire weekend. And you’ll join us?!
Sweet to all joining us. See you soon!!
in reply to: 2007 signups #52689Cal, I live a life of optimism. In NYC and other cities there is nowhere to go but up. FOT48 too!
Jay, I met a lot of new people at the planning weekend and I see a lot of new folks that have signed up flying flags.
P.S. Please deeply study your board game for the event weekend!
in reply to: 2007 signups #52686I agree with dirt_girl and Mtnpa. No pre-registration with a scout/veteran/police/firemen and all groups on every peak and hikers, too. Flags flying from other countries! Flags on the 115, and some day in the future the 770 3k’ and above. Some Day!!
😀in reply to: 2007 signups #52684Thank You, Marie. You are most welcome.
Hope you can camp or visit us over the weekend to share some stories around the campfire!
Welcome . . . and enjoy!!

😀in reply to: World Trade Center movie, has anyone seen it yet ? #52834Haven’t seen it yet here in the North Country. It’ll arrive eventually. Until I see it, I have no opinion. My new avatar since May, was Manhatten as seen from Jersey City, two years ago. The powerful 2 flood lights were where the former towers stood.
And if the terrorists succeeded in their latest ‘airplane attacks.’ How strong would the world feel safe in the economy, travel, oil prices, and the stock market? Let Freedom ring in every country!
Less than 4 weeks remain to show the world, even the non-participants our views, goals, and dreams during this wonderful memorial event. Rock on brothers and sisters. I will be there. See you soon!!
